Start with a conversation, not a sales pitch
Tell us what your current system is doing, how often it needs service, and what you want to improve. A replacement is a significant decision. We look at the condition of your equipment and the work it needs before discussing a new system.
Repair or replace? Understand both options
A system’s age is only one part of the decision. The cause of the problem, repair cost, condition of the indoor and outdoor equipment, and your plans for the home all matter. When a repair is a reasonable option, we can discuss it alongside replacement. Learn about AC repair.
Equipment that fits your home
We discuss home size, airflow, existing ductwork, comfort concerns, and equipment compatibility. Tell us about warm bedrooms, an uncomfortable upstairs, or humidity concerns. A larger unit is not automatically the better choice. The recommendation should fit the home and its needs.
Know what the estimate includes
Ask about the proposed equipment, installation work, ductwork needs, thermostat compatibility, warranty terms, and what is included in the estimate. We explain the scope before work begins. Credit card payments are accepted through Wave; discuss the payment details directly with our team.
Plan the installation and ongoing care
We coordinate the installation, check system operation, and help you understand the controls and filter access. Regular care matters after the equipment is installed. See our maintenance service and air-filter guide.
